The role involves: • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
