We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Floyd County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience.
