We are recruiting: earthmoving equipment operator (Kaduna State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Makarfi, Kaduna State. The job is on a pipeline and trenching crew. You should have: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances On the job you will handle: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
