Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Mushin, Lagos State. The role involves: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters You should have: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Full-time, day shift.
