Immediate opening: we are hiring a telesales agent in Washington County, Florida. Day-to-day duties: • Demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor • Pitch products door to door along the assigned beat • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Handle cash and card payments at the counter • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience • Knowledge of the local language and market • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis 6+ years on the tools preferred.
