Cake decorator — Gummi

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Gummi, Zamfara State. Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Pay around ₦270,000 per month, based on your experience.
