Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banquet server in Clay County, Nebraska. On the job you will handle: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
