Now hiring: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Whatcom County, Washington. The job is at a renovation and extension job. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Day to day you will cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings.
