What we are looking for: • Knowledge of the local language and market • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Neat, well-groomed appearance Day to day you will follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; check stock levels and raise reorder requests; upsell and cross-sell add-on products. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
