Dough maker • Kanam, Plateau State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Kanam, Plateau State. You will work at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker Six days a week, one day off.
