Baker — Saran

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Saran, State of Bihar. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideally you have basic cake decorating and piping skills; able to work early-morning and night shifts. Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
