Urgent requirement: line cook (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Crosby County, Texas. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
