Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Rusk County, Texas. You will work in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request.
