Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Faulkner County, Arkansas. The job is at a drainage and utilities contractor. You should have: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat The role involves: • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
