Gas pipeline fitter wanted in Sonitpur

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Sonitpur, Assam. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Your main tasks: • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
