What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
