Bread baker wanted in Aiyedire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Aiyedire, Osun State. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
