We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Hudspeth County, Texas. You will work at an open-cast mine. Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Day to day you will form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; refuel the machine and record running hours.
