Waitress — The Scottish Borders

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in The Scottish Borders, Scotland. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
