Restaurant steward wanted in Apapa

Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
