Brick mason — Pankshin

Immediate opening: we are hiring a brick mason in Pankshin, Plateau State. The job is at a groundworks and structures site. You will building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day 6+ years on the tools preferred.
