Press shop operator wanted in Saint Johns County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press shop operator in Saint Johns County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading On a typical shift you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; record output and downtime on the production sheet; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $120 per day, based on your experience.
