Pastry baker wanted in Kankia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Kankia, Katsina State. You will work at a cake shop. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
