Frame straightening technician — Mamit

Join our team: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Mamit, Mizoram. The job is in an insurance-approved repair centre. Day to day you will knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains. Ideally you have physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling; good eye for panel gaps and body lines. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
