Catering cook • Etung, Cross River State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Etung, Cross River State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
