Canteen cook wanted in Johnson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Johnson County, Wyoming. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Part-time with flexible hours.
