Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Ikwuano, Abia State. You will be based at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
