Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Morrill County, Nebraska. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
