What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts You will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; upsell starters, desserts and beverages.
