Great opportunity: we are hiring a TIG welder in Baker County, Florida. The role involves: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
