Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Bogoro, Bauchi State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. ₦300,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
