You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 3+ years on the tools preferred.
