Grill cook — Oklahoma County

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
