Head baker wanted in Monguno

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Monguno, Borno State. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦550 per hour plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
