Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
