The role involves blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Full-time with occasional weekends.
