Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Texas County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
