Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Kankakee County, Illinois. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. You will box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. You should have: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules 6+ years on the tools preferred.
