Immediate opening: hoist operator (Sikkim)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hoist operator in Soreng, Sikkim. You should have: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Strong attention to safety and load limits Day-to-day duties: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
