Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Full-time, day shift.
