Back-of-house cleaner — Warji

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Warji, Bauchi State. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
