Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day-to-day duties: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Clear and reset tables between covers • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
