Halal butcher wanted in Oyigbo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Oyigbo, Rivers State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
