Great opportunity: smash repairer (Ondo State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Irele, Ondo State. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. Requirements: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines The role involves: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair 2+ years on the tools preferred.
