Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Onicha, Ebonyi State. The job is in a five-star hotel. Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner ₦165,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
