Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Hockley County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
