Immediate opening: back-of-house cleaner (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Johnson County, Texas. You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
