Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Vandeikya, Benue State. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Full-time, day shift.
