Now hiring: we are hiring a horticulturist in Gulf County, Florida. The role involves plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
