Vacancy available: excavator operator (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an excavator operator in Pike County, Illinois. You will work on a housing development site. Your main tasks: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage Requirements: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat 6+ years on the tools preferred.
